Approach & Solution

Having initially met at a NEAA Meet the Buyer event, Turnmill Engineering entered into discussions with Compliant following a requirement to gain ISO certification.

Turnmill’s Operations Director, Andrew Howe, commented, ‘While trying to grow the business, we found that ISO 9001 certification was a compulsory requirement for many of our customers.  Without the standard, we found that we were limiting our market especially within the automotive, renewables,  and pharmaceutical sectors.”

Compliant created a bespoke ISO 9001 management system, adapting documents and procedures which Turnmill already had in place to ensure they complied to the requirements of the quality standard.
