ISO standards are based on a 3 year cycle, this model ensures that organisations not only initially meet the requirements of ISO certification but continue to demonstrate conformity. This process is identical for any standard you gain.
Gap Analysis And Documentation
This includes your Stage 1 and Stage 2 audit, these can vary in the number of days depending on number of standards, employee numbers and business activity. You will pay this cost to your chosen certification body.
Year 1: Surveillance
Complete an assessment to see all relevant documents relating to the management system are in place. An internal audit is carried out and an agreed scope in preperation for the stage 1.
Afull check on all documentation and make sure press flows are accurate and a comprehensive understanding of IMS to ensure the business meets the requirements of the standard.Check all controls are implemented, maintananances of KPI’s and any corrective actions. Continuous improvement.
Meetings with the management team to ensure compliance and understanding of the requirements in preperation for stage 2 on site audit.
Year 2: Surveillance
