Compliant Goes From Strength To Strength
Experiencing a huge increase in demand for their services, Sunderland based ISO consultants Compliant, are going from strength to strength.
We have started 2024 as we mean to carry on, we have now taken Donna Cargill, Cheryl Davies, Ryan McNally and Alfie Gallagher-Bond alongside Yvonne Aldridge, Gill Welsh and Kym Shakesby. We now have a strong TEAM and look forward to the progression and growth that th future holds for Compliant.
Senior Operations Manager
Yvonne Aldridge joined us with many years of commercial experience within the highly regulated marine sector. From a production and operational background in manufacturing she brings with her a wealth of experience and understanding of the requirements for many ISO standards. These also include the requirements for Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety standards.
Previously, Yvonne was herself an active committee member for British Standards Institute (BSi) and International Standard Organisation (ISO) industry boards, as well as being a company representative at relevant Trade Bodies.
As the Lead Auditor within the company, Yvonne is a highly respected and valued while maintaining a strong focus, along with a hefty dose of humour to both her clients and colleagues alike.
Gill Welsh
Senior Sales and Marketing Manager. Donna brings years of exoerience within the Civil Service, Private Sector Supporting students taht are applying for University as well as 30 years of Retail Management Experience
Gill Welsh is Complaint Sales/Marketing Manager, she comes from Sales & Marketing within the Property Industry, she has 25 years of experience with Sales/Lettings Management, Sales/Marketing, Property Sourcing and International Student Lets.
Bringing an active approach to Compliant and its marketing department, Gill is a pleasure to work with and a great people person. She is very conscientious and dedicated to achieving a high standard of satisfaction for her clients, she strives to provide a smooth and stress-free sales process from start to finish.
Gill is a very positive person, who also runs a Non Profit Men’s Mental Health Group in Durham as Mental Health and Wellbeing are very important to her.
Kym Shakesby
Executive PA to the Managing Director
Kym Shakesby is the Executive PA to the Managing Director, Mark Henderson. Kym brings years of experience in Human Resources and Health & Safety within the facilities Management Industry.
Being highly skilled in administration and the provision of full executive support, Kym ensures the seamless and efficient execution of daily operations. She is dedicated and dependable and is recognised as an organised professional who can effectively multi-task with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Kym’s passion is about curating a relaxed and worry free experience for our clients as she mentors, guides and successfully supports you to achieving your certification.
Donna Cargill
Operations & Client Support, Donna brings years of experience within the Civil Service, Private Sector supporting students who apply for University as well as 30 years of Retail Management Experience.
The whole team are delighted to have become part of the Compliant Family and look to a bright and healthy future.
Cheryl Davies
Operations & Client Support, Cheryl brings a vast amount of experience in the management and nurturing of high-profile key accounts. Having spent more than 15 years in the computer industry and dealing with Sales Order Management, she understands the needs and set expectations of her clients, resulting in a strong lasting relationship.. Cheryl’s background experiences include Warehouse Logistics and stock movement, the Underwriting of new insurance policies for the motor trade and tradesmen, Costing, and Banking.
In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys gardening, reading, and building jigsaw puzzles. She has participated in several charity walks (London ‘Shine’ & Windsor Princess Trust) and has also completed a Tandem skydive; ticking one off my bucket list.
Ryan McNally
Operations & Client Support. At the beginning of his working experience, Ryan served six years as a supply specialist in the British Armed Forces Logistics Core, gaining recognised qualifications in Warehousing and Distribution.
Ryan now comes to Compliant with 26 years of retail management experience.
Working his way up from a Saturday contract and then progressing through the internal career path, Ryan has held a variety of roles.
From opening new stores to transforming existing stores, he has liaised with key internal and external stakeholders and prioritised quality to ensure the best client journey is always maintained.
Alfie Gallagher-Bond
Sales & Marketing Executive. Alfie has eight years of experience in social media management and administrative support. He has gained professional experience and education in creating paid organic social media campaigns and data analysis. He is also looking forward to enhancing his knowledge of graphic design.
He has experience planning, running and creating email marketing campaigns to develop the marketing throughout the business.
Alfie has a social media page dedicated to Newcastle United. He has engaged with viewers and has 18 million followers, as well as 630,000 views. We look forward to him taking the marketing department to the next level.
