Why did LM Global Telecoms initially decide to invest in ISO?

Speaking with Jake Dixon, we asked why the company initially decided to invest in the ISO 9001,14001, 27001 & 45001  Standards. 

Jake commented ,  we started to research the ISO  standard, as our customers required us to obtain them. We also knew that we needed the standard to open further opportunities within our industry and progression with government tenders, business growth and further progression.

Having the internationally recognised standards would prove credibility across all of our operations and demonstrate our commitment.

The Process

From initial discussions with Compliant’s director, Mark Henderson, the process was professional from start. We were in  contact throughout and during the audit and were introduced to our auditor.

In the lead up to our audit there was a bit of a shift of consultants, ( due to business growth and demands) so from initially the consultant who was allocated it was then changed to Yvonne. Yvonne then helped us to prepare documents in preparation for the audit day  If we had any questions, we got a very timely response.  

The Outcome

Following the successful first year surveillance and  audit, Jake and the team are very pleased with the outcome and continue to work with Compliant. ‘We’re delighted with the outcome of the audit and continue to ensure all standards are adhered too ready for next years surveillance audit.

We will work with the Compliant Team on a closer basis and have regular meetings, we have been dealing with Yvonne and  would like to keep  that consistency moving forward.
